Regarding to Solid patch cable ,0.4-o.45mm conducor OD,there have some questions when runing.

we received complaints about Cat5e patch cord , Cable light will be bad when running.

For local market characteristics:

1. Solid conductor, not Stranded

2. 8 * 1 * 0.4mm, very thin

Engineer get the solution: 0.4 mm conductor the following diameter all switch to 0.95mm aperture crystal head, and three plugs do not line to be wrong to reduce the copper pressure less than the conductor appears.

Engineer began to go to the crystal head of the factory to discuss the mould things, new mould have been set up after one month, and we test 10000 pcs cable ,and pass , we confirmed that the idea is right.

Later Cat5e /Cat6 solid and stranded sales increase in South Korea, Switzerland, USA etc.
